    • Ken (Sr) nominated Ken (Jr) for President and Secretary
    • Ken (Sr) nominated David for Vice President
    • Ken (Jr) nominated Ken (Sr) for Treasurer

    • Gospa's Pilgrims, Children of Gospa, and various variations
    • All agreed to defer action on name until future meeting

    • Purpose: Draft: To provide guidance to others to learn about and visit Medjugorje and other pilgrimage sites.
    • Provision for distribution of assets: Center for Peace West and/or Holy Redeemer
    • Provision for regulation of powers: Need to document roles / powers of each member
    • Provision limiting individual liability: Need to find example of wording for this

    • Discussed having monthly or bi-monthly "information nights" starting sometime in September. One of these nights could double as a board meeting opportunity.
